An Asian staple in Singapore, the okra we grow are signtly different from the ones you may find in the wetmarkets or supermarkets. You will find that they are (much) fatter and somewhat larger. This is because it is a specific heirloom variety.

BACKSTORY of Name: Louis is a close friend of the farm, and with father large and plum fingers himself, he noted that they resembled his finger. As such, we have started nick-naming the ones that we grow on the farm after him.
